At Carlivacity, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your hat, we offer a simple and straightforward return policy. Please review the terms below for a hassle-free return process.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The hat must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The item must not have been used or altered in any way (e.g., personalized or damaged).
  • Returns must be made from the country where the item was originally shipped.

2. Return Process

If you would like to return your purchase, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@Carlivacity.com or call (507) 754-5046. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Instructions: Once we receive your request, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return address.
  3. Ship the Item: Please pack the hat securely in its original packaging (if possible) and ship it back to us. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange your hat for a different size or style, you can request an exchange instead of a refund. Please follow the same return process and specify the item you would like in exchange. If the exchange item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or Clearance Items: Items marked as final sale or purchased with a discount may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: If the item was customized with your name or other personalization, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is defective or damaged.
  • Damaged Items: If the item is damaged due to misuse, customer negligence, or accidental damage, it cannot be returned.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@Carlivacity.com or call (507) 754-5046. We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional cost to you. In this case, we will cover the return shipping fees.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, incorrect item, or other error on our part.

7. International Returns

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure it reaches us safely. Please be aware that international returns may take longer to process.

8. Lost or Stolen Returns

Carlivacity is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. Keep the return tracking number for your reference.
