- Processing Time: After an order is successfully placed, it typically takes 1-2 business days to process the order. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
- Order Confirmation: Upon successful order placement, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include your order details, including the products purchased, shipping address, and estimated delivery date.
- Delays: Please note that during peak times, such as holiday seasons or promotional events, processing and shipping times may take longer.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner. At checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method. The available shipping methods are:
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Delivered by the next business day.
- International Shipping: Available to select countries (please refer to our international shipping guidelines below).
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and external factors such as weather conditions or postal service delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.): Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you choose and the destination of your order.
- International Shipping: International shipping charges will vary based on the destination country, weight, and size of the package. Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. The eligibility for free shipping will be displayed during checkout and will apply only to specific products or order values.
4. Shipping Locations
- Domestic: We currently ship within the United States.
- International: We ship to select countries. During checkout, you can enter your shipping address, and if international shipping is available to your location, the appropriate options will appear.
Please note that international shipping may take longer due to customs processing and other factors outside our control.
5. Delivery Times
- Domestic Orders: Once your order is processed and shipped, you can expect delivery based on the shipping method selected. For standard shipping, delivery generally takes 5-7 business days; for expedited shipping, it typically takes 2-3 business days; and for overnight shipping, delivery is the next business day.
- International Orders: International shipping times vary by destination. Typical delivery times range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or other external factors.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment online. If you encounter any issues with tracking your order, please contact us for assistance.
7. Shipping Issues
- Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. For damaged items, we may request photographic evidence of the damage to assist with claims.
- Incorrect Shipping Information: If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, this may result in delays or non-delivery. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately to correct the details.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an issue with the address provided, we will notify you and arrange for reshipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
- Military Addresses (APO/FPO): We do offer shipping to military addresses, but delivery times may vary.
- International Restrictions: Some countries may have restrictions on certain products, and we are not responsible for any customs or import restrictions that may affect your order.
